Open the StepWise app, tap Forgot password? on the log in screen, and follow the link in the email we send you. The link opens a page on this site where you choose a new password.

Links expire after a short time and work once, so if yours has run out, ask for a new one in the app or on that page.

In the app:

• Open Settings: on Home, tap your account picture at the top, then Settings. (Before you reach Home, Settings is the gear button at the top of the screen.)
• Open Security & Data and tap Delete Account.
• Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete.

This deletes your account and the information linked to it from our servers, removes your files from storage, asks RevenueCat to delete its record of you, and, if you signed in with Apple, asks Apple to disconnect StepWise from your Apple ID. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it first on your iPhone in Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or Apple will keep charging you. Apple keeps its own purchase records.

Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Your information is processed outside Australia by the companies that run StepWise for us, and our Privacy Policy lists each of them and who else can see what.

Most of the app is free: the arrival checklist, House, the Vault, the CV builder, visa expiry reminders and a daily tip. Companion, which includes goal plans and practice, is part of StepWise Premium, and Premium also raises the limits on the CV builder and the Vault.

Not yet. StepWise is coming to the App Store for iPhone. If you have a question in the meantime, email support@thestepwise.com.

No. StepWise shares general information only. For visa questions, use the Department of Home Affairs or a registered migration agent.
